How you can support us:

  • Schedule appointments and meet with existing AG dealers to review products and determine other opportunities.
  • Identify new customers and markets for G&H hose products across all industries.
  • Teach & train dealers and customers on G&H hose and its advantages.
  • Continuously keeping up with all customers by updating and maintaining customer account information.
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to represent the company positively.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Effectively attending conferences and trade shows.
  • Passionate about sales growth by promoting brand awareness.
  • Minimum of 60 percent travel time. 
  • Follow all company safety procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

What we expect of you:

  • Hose sales experience preferred.
  • Customer service, Meeting Sales Goals, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships and Motivation for Sales.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • CRM experience, HubSpot preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license is required with a driving record in good standing.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Travel to market areas in other states and into Canada, may be required.
