See step by step in the video how the binding in hose size A 110 with the Storz slide ring succeeds and what must be observed:

Cut hose cleanly and straight.
Push the hose onto the spigot at right angles to the coupling.
Open the clamping ring and position it over the hose.
Distance between clamping ring and clamp part = approx. 7 mm.
Tighten all screws evenly, hand-tight.
Tighten all screws evenly to the specified torque. see. Check list below.
Check gap dimensions. Check list below.

Checklist

The clamping ring must be matched to the hose used
The distance between the clamping ring and the clevis part should be 7 mm
The screws should be hand-tightened.
This is possible with hose diameters

-> 52 mm with 20 Nm tightening torque,

-> 76 mm + 90 mm diameter with 40 Nm tightening torque,

-> 102 mm + 110 mm with 50 Nm tightening torque,

-> 127 mm with 60 Nm tightening torque

-> 152 mm with 80 Nm tightening torque

After assembly, the gap dimensions must be checked!
The maximum distance between the segments is for hose diameters:

-> 52 mm + 76 mm > max. 2 mm gap dimension

-> 90 mm + 102 mm + 110 mm > 3 mm gap dimension

-> 127 mm > 4 mm gap dimension

-> 152 mm > 5 mm
