Injection is a form of immediate incorporation of manure. It is the application of slurry by placement in slots cut into the soil, mainly to reduce ammonia emission and also odor. Flexible slurry hoses are used to supply the selected distribution system with slurry.
For manure application hose, we recommend the Storz segment binding, because it prevents hooking and protects the sensitive area at the neck end. Especially for large diameter supply hose, we recommand the U.S. Shug coupling.
How do the individual technical components such as the slurry hose, feed hose, pump / pump station, distributor, applicator interact?
1) Lay out slurry hose (-> feeder hose) between lagoon and field.

3) Couple the drag hose to the pump and distributor unit or applicator unit.
